If you are thinking of buying a home or investment property, I can help you walk through that process from beginning to end. Buying a home is often overwhelming and confusing. Each individual buyer is different. Some are research and detail oriented and others are more emotional buyers. We all process information differently and have different priorities when making decisions. My job is to provide you with all the guidance and information you need so you can make the best decisions possible as you navigate the buying process. I provide, you decide.
The first step is to find a Realtor (Linda Chauner!). It is important to have a qualified, licensed Realtor who is knowledgeable, patient and is someone with whom you can communicate. From that point, the basic process is to locate a lender of your choosing to get pre-approved, begin looking at properties, select a home, make an offer and if that offer is accepted, go through the contingencies outlined in the contract leading up to a successful closing. Sounds simple, but there are so many steps along the way!! Negotiations, contracts, inspections, title reports, neighborhood covenants and easements are just a few. I will be there with you through each and every step.
